Terms and conditions

Booking and payment

  • A 50% deposit secures your date. The balance is due on delivery.
  • Payment is by bank transfer, against an invoice.
  • There's no VAT added. The price you see is the price you pay.
  • Prices cover the Dublin area. Travel costs are added for shoots further out and agreed beforehand.

Changes and delivery

  • Each project includes 1 round of changes. Extra rounds are €40 each.
  • Delivery times are listed on the Pricing page and start from the day of the shoot, or from when footage is received for edit only work.
  • Raw footage is available for €100.

Rescheduling and cancellations

  • If a shoot needs to move because of weather or something unexpected, we'll agree a new date together.
  • The deposit is non-refundable, but it can be moved to a new date if you give at least 7 days notice.

Retainers

  • A trial month is a single month with no commitment.
  • 3 month plans run for a minimum of 3 months.
  • After that, the plan rolls monthly at the ongoing rate, with a minimum of 14 days notice to cancel.

Posted for you

  • Scheduling requires you to add me as a collaborator or team member on each platform (for example Meta Business Suite, TikTok or YouTube). I never ask for your passwords.
  • Posting times are agreed in advance.
  • I'm not responsible for issues caused by the platforms themselves.

Edit only work

  • Footage is shared by Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer.
  • The final result depends on the quality of the footage supplied.
  • You confirm you have the rights to any footage, music or material you send me.

People on camera

You're responsible for getting consent from anyone who appears on camera, such as staff, clients or players. For anyone under 18, parental consent is needed.

Using your videos

  • Once paid in full, you can use the videos on your channels and in online ads.
  • I keep the copyright, but it never limits how you use the videos.
  • Music is licensed through Epidemic Sound for online use. TV and cinema ads need a separate music licence.
  • Videos are filmed on a mix of cinema camera and phone, whichever suits each shot best.

My portfolio

I may share snippets, sections of content and behind the scenes footage on my own socials and portfolio, unless we agree otherwise before filming.
